The Challenge

Deane Public Works is a successful civil engineering business based in Co. Fermanagh, with experience in delivering high-profile projects for private and public sector clients. Deane Public Works have a diverse range of IT requirements, working across their Head Office and multiple construction sites. Site-based Engineering teams required access to Head Office documentation to enhance project management. There was also a requirement to provide a wide range of IT hardware and software.

The Outcome

LoughTec manages Deane Public Works’ entire IT hardware and software, including the supply and installation of devices including laptops, PCs, monitors, wireless access points and routers. To futureproof the IT system, we fitted two new servers and monitor backups and status 24/7. User access for all staff at the company is also covered, encompassing Office 365 access, email setup and management. Antivirus solutions and email protection. The cloud-based remote desktop has transformed the company’s way of working.
